At Tasawaar Online Store, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product you received is defective, you may request a return or refund under the policy below.


1. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused.

  • It must be in its original condition.

  • All packaging, tags, boxes, and accessories must be included.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, photos or videos may be required as proof.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)


4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank, etc.).

  • If the return is due to a customer’s mistake (e.g., wrong size selected), delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.


5. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange the product for another size or color:

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

  • Delivery charges must be paid by the customer.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, it cannot be canceled — you may only request a return under the return policy.
