Shipping policy

1. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping cost is PKR 200 per parcel (flat rate).

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we ship the wrong or damaged item.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Remote or rural areas may take additional days.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

  • Please ensure your provided phone number is active for order confirmation and delivery updates.


5. Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email, depending on the contact information you provided.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, re-shipping charges will apply.


7. Courier Delay Disclaimer

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier load, strikes, or unexpected events.

  • Tasawaar Online Store is not responsible for courier delays.


8. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures or video proof.

  • If a parcel is lost by the courier, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
